The Computer Science programs focus on the most current and emergent areas in the world of computing through an up-to-date curriculum and practical exposure.
The M.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering is awared on successful completion of 48 credits in 2 years.
M.Tech. (CSE) also offers specializations in four emerging areas viz., Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security and Embedded Systems which is awarded to the students who complete half of the credits in a specific specialization.
Eligibility
B.E. / B.Tech. in CSE/IT/ECE or equivalent from a recognized Technical Institute or University with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in qualifying degree.
OR
MCA or M.Sc. in relevant branches are also eligible to apply.
Applicants waiting for the qualifying examination results are also eligible to apply.
Only students with valid GATE score or a cGPA > 8.0 in their qualifying degree shall be eligible for financial assistantship
Selection process
Shortlisted candidates will be intimated by 15th June 2020 to appear for written tests and interviews as mentioned below.

Eligibility criteria mentioned above is the minimum requirement. Written test followed by interview for shortlisted candidates will be held on 1st July 2020. Final selections will be based on past academic performance, written examination and interview.

Computer Science and Information Technology, Engineering Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electrical Engineering
Information about the fee structure and the nature of assistantships are available on the website.
University offers Teaching Assistantship that include a monthly stipend of ₹ 16000 and waivers in tuition fees (90% waiver) and Hostel fees (70% waiver) to qualified students. The assistantship is available for applicants with valid GATE score or applicants with > 8 cGPA in their qualifying degree in the absence of GATE score.
Other applicants not fulfilling the above criteria who have secured admission in the program shall not receive any financial assistantship.
Sponsored candidates shall not receive any financial assistantship. Sponsorship letter must be attached with the application.
